The Earthquake Festival is Friday August 25th!
The Winters Police Department, with help from our neighboring law enforcement agencies, will be at the Festival and surrounding areas on foot and bicycle patrols to ensure the Festival remains a safe and fun event for everyone. Our partners with the California Highway Patrol will also have personnel on hand in Winters specifically to be on the lookout for DUI drivers – so PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! If you plan on drinking, please use a designated driver or arrange for other transportation.
