September 9: 10:18 am, 500 block of East St, harassment.
September 10: 2:34 pm, 400 block of Village Cir, petty theft from unlocked vehicle.
September 13: 12:20 pm, 100 block of Westwood Ct, residential audible alarm.
~5:52 pm, 400 block of Russell St, assault/battery.
~9:48 pm, Cruz Mendiola Balleza, 36, of Vacaville was issued a notice to appear in court for driving a vehicle with expired registration and being an unlicensed driver.
~11:00 pm, Daniel Jaimes, 28, of Concord was issued a notice to appear in court for being an unlicensed driver.
September 14: 4:59 am, 100 block of East Grant Ave, commercial audible alarm.
~11:05 am, 1000 block of Roosevelt Ave, burglary.
~11:26 pm, Tito Valenzuela, Jr., 18, of Esparto was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, being under the age of 21 and driving with a blood alcohol content of .05% or above, making an unsafe turning movement and having reflective tape removed from a vehicle license plate. Valenzuela was transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
September 15: 12:31 am, 200 block of Railroad Ave, commercial audible alarm.
~1:03 am, County Rds 31 & 98, assisted Davis Police Department with a DUI.
~6:33 pm, 400 block of Niemann Street, hit and run.
~11:13 pm, 100 block of East Grant Ave, shoplift.
September 17: 9:58 pm, Michael Owen Rothacker, 55, of Winters was arrested on a Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia. Rothacker was transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
