Unk. – On the first block of East Abbey Street, forcible entry was gained to a business and tools were stolen. Loss - $4,520.
10:00 pm – On the 400 block of Third Street, victim received annoying telephone calls.
2:29 pm – On the 900 block of Railroad Avenue, suspect allegedly hacked into victim’s Facebook account. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.
Unk. – On the 300 block of East Street, vehicle tires were slashed with a sharp object. Damage - $600.
11:40 am – On Winters Road, Officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with locating a wanted subject.
2:00 pm – On the first block of Main Street, a subject lost a wallet.
2:17 pm – Oscar Javier Vazquez-Duran, 18, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of reckless driving in an off street parking lot. Vazquez-Duran was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
5:52 am – On the 100 block of Main Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
7:23 am – On the 400 block of Niemann Street, Officers responded to an audible residential alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.
8:07 am – At East Main Street and East Grant Avenue, parties trespassed onto victim’s property causing damage to the alfalfa crop. Damage - $500.
9:26 pm – On the 800 block of Valley Oak Drive, parties were involved in a dispute over child custody.
1:04 am – On Owings Drive, an Officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with the transportation of a juvenile to his residence.
12:00 pm – A citizen’s bank account was fraudulently accessed. Investigation continues.
3:23 pm – On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm and found an open door. The business was cleared and door secured.
5:12 pm – A 12-year-old Winters juvenile was arrested for petty theft and being a minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Juvenile was booked at Winters Police Department and released to a parent on a notice to appear.
6:31 pm – At Highway 128 and Pleasants Valley Road, an Officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with an attempt to located subjects involved in a physical altercation.
7:45 am – At Anderson Avenue and Carrion Circle, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Anderson Avenue east of Carrion Circle. A vehicle was backing from a driveway and collided into the passing vehicle.
4:49 pm – On the 100 block of East Grant Avenue, a vehicle window was broken, entry was made and property was stolen. Damage and loss - $625.
8:55 pm – On the 100 block of East Grant Avenue, juvenile suspects entered a business, took a bottle of cough syrup and left without paying.
11:10 pm – On the 700 block of Main Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.
10:20 am – On the 100 block of Abbey Street, Officers had contact with a subject known to be on active, searchable probation. A search revealed nothing of evidentiary value.
12:02 am – Officers assisted Vacaville Police Department with a pursuit.
11:13 pm – On the 100 block of East Baker Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.
7:55 am – A tractor was being driven northbound on Railroad Avenue. As the tractor crossed the bridge, it hit and bent the stationary sign.
12:30 pm – Nubia Gonzalez Zuniga, 40, of Sacramento was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.
1:26 pm – On the 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, Officers responded to an audible panic alarm. The business was open and it could not be determined what caused the alarm to sound.
1:08 am – On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
9:22 am – On the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, an Officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
3:00 pm – Moises Morales Parada, 26, of San Jose was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.
