12:00 pm – On the 1000 block of Eisenhower Way, a rock was used to break a vehicle windshield. Damage - $200.
4:17 am – Jose Ramon Lopez, 34, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended revoked driver’s license and having loud exhaust on a vehicle.
3:27 pm – Rigoberto Santana-Bracamontes, 31, of Winters was arrested for domestic violence. Bracamontes was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
8:00 pm – On the 700 block of Apricot Avenue, a washing machine was stolen from a driveway. Loss - $60.
6:39 am – On the 300 block of East Street, a married couple were involved in a domestic dispute.
7:45 pm – On the 100 block of Main Street, an unknown suspect approached victim from behind, placed arms around victim and grabbed victim inappropriately. Victim was able to free herself and suspect fled.
11:23 pm – On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm and found an open door. The building was cleared and door secured.
7:40 am – Marisela Montes Gallardo, 30, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving without a driver’s license and speeding.
8:14 am – On the 100 block of Main Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. An owner arrived on scene. The business was cleared. No sign of forced entry was found.
10:07 am – A 15-year-old Winters juvenile was arrested for assault with means likely to produce great bodily injury. Juvenile was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Juvenile Hall for incarceration.
3:46 pm – On the 900 block of Potter Street, a juvenile suspect stole a package from a residential front porch. Investigation continues. Loss - $26.80.
6:30 pm – On the 100 block of Grant Avenue, an unknown suspect entered a business, picked up items and left without paying. Loss - $11.95.
11:07 pm – On the 300 block of East Street, a locked vehicle was stolen. The unknown suspect driver collided into a parked vehicle on Owings Drive. The suspect fled. California Highway Patrol recovered the vehicle.
7:55 am – A 17-year-old Winters juvenile was driving northbound on Village Circle, made an unsafe turning movement and collided into a parked vehicle. Juvenile was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.
12:00~3:00 am – On the 200 block of Maple Lane, parties were involved in a domestic violence altercation.
8:40 pm – On the first block of Main Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
1:20 pm – On the 400 block of Main Street, a cellular telephone was stolen. Loss - $800.
1:22 pm – On the 100 block of Main Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.
8:25 pm – Miguel Pitayo Salazar, 59, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and having an inoperable vehicle headlight.
