March 13: 11:38 pm, On the 700 block of Dutton Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
March 15: 1:43 am, Christopher Rodriguez, 29, of Winters was arrested for elder endangerment. Rodriguez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
~9:11 am, On the 500 block of Main Street, a water fountain was vandalized. Damage - $2,000.
~5:20 pm, On the 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, a case of energy drinks was shoplifted from a business. Loss – approximately $36.
March 16: 8:23 am, On the first block of East Baker Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was open and the cause of the alarm was unknown.
March 18: 2:41am, Adolfo Valenzuela, 29, of Winters was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above. Valenzuela was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
~3:51 pm, On the 700 block of Ivy Court, Officers responded to an audible residential alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.
~ 4:33 pm, On Buckeye Road and County Road 90A, Officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff Deputies with an attempt to locate a subject.
~9:45 pm, Derwin Dick Hall, 40, of Weaverville was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.
March 19: 8:44 am, On the 800 block of Jackson Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.
